The Hungaroring comes alive on race weekend not just with the roar of engines but with a vibrant selection of fan experiences spread across three key areas of the circuit.
The main fan hub lies behind the principal grandstand – known today as Hungaroring. This long-standing zone offers classic race-day attractions and a lively crowd atmosphere right in the heart of the venue.
A newer and much larger fan area has been established behind the Apex 1 and Apex 2 grandstands near Turn 12. This is the focal point for major entertainment activities, featuring a central stage that hosts live DJ sets, interactive games, and guest appearances from drivers and other F1 personalities. This area brings fans closer to the stars of the sport than ever before.
In addition, a third fan zone has been developed close to Turn 9, offering a more relaxed setting that still delivers exciting content. It’s a great spot to enjoy refreshments, explore F1-themed exhibits, or take part in hands-on activities without the dense crowds of the larger zones.
Across all fan zones, visitors can explore a mix of hands-on exhibits and engaging displays, such as F1 show cars, simulators, reaction tests, tyre change challenges, and road safety demonstrations. You’ll also find a wide array of food and beverage stalls as well as official merchandise shops.
Services for fans are thoughtfully provided, including staffed help desks, first-aid points, and mobile charging options via rentable power banks. On select days, you may also encounter stalls selling handmade crafts produced by visually impaired artists – a special feature of the Hungaroring’s community outreach.
Whether you’re there for the adrenaline or the off-track fun, the Hungaroring’s trio of fan zones ensures there’s always something to see, do, or enjoy between sessions.
